Builtmore Construction Inc. Is a company that believes that there is only one
way to do things, That way is "The right way the first time". Our foundation was
built by a professional who was trained and educated by professionals at a
young age in a Carpenter Apprenticeship Program.
In this four years he learned about every aspect of residential and commercial
construction, working on projects ranging from a custom walkout ranch to a
twelve story office building. The most important things learned were how to
build safe, efficient, cost effective but most of all how to create a quality product.
This gentleman by the name of Scott Deace later left that program as an
experienced, proud journeyman carpenter.
Leaving that program was the beginning of Builtmore Construction Inc. Moving
to Atlanta, GA for a change of pace he began working with home builders as a
sub-contractor building such projects as a 2,500 sq. Ft. Custom curving
multi-level deck on the Chattanooga river to a colonial try-level front porch
w/15 10' arched box beams. During this time he also framed numerous spec
homes. Shortly after Sept 11th 2001 he decided to relocate back to Grand
Rapids, MI to be closer to his family.
Back in Grand Rapids and many years wiser Scott began expanding
Builtmore and his portfolio with projects like a free form lagoon style stainless
steel swimming pool in EGR to a stainless steel Infinity edge pool and spa
combo overlooking Lake Michigan. Working on other projects like the Union
Square Condos to residential Custom Additions have kept his and Builtmore
Constructions skills and Ideas fresh and innovative. Scott and his wife travel
regularly and have seen some of the most amizing architechture in the world.
Travels to Europe have included: Athens & Mykonos, Greece - Rome, Italy -
Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes in the French Riviera and Paris, France. These trips
influence Scott's design concepts, styles and standards immensely. He also
travels to Chicago, Boston and NYC often. These travels are essential for fresh,
innovative and up to date building styles, concepts and quality standards!
Builtmore Construction is a very diverse company. We can design, build and
manage virtually any of your large or small projects. We are fully licensed
and insured. We guarantee all workmanship for a min. 1-2 yrs depending on
the project. We have an excellent team of professionals and vendors, No
